Anchor Point Lodge is located on the southeast shore of Shelter Island, five miles from the Juneau mainland. The facility is surrounded by towering Spruce and Hemlock trees and landscaped with graveled paths and wild plants indigenous to the island. Its location, almost 60 miles from the open ocean, affords anglers the advantage of fishing without an ocean swell.
Your adventure begins as you set foot on our beach and walk up into the woods to your private cabin. Watch whales breeching out of the water and enjoy a five star meal in our dining room that overlooks Stephens Passage.
Fish from our comfortable 26′ Boulton cabin cruisers with standup bathrooms and state of the art electronics. We fish only four guests per boat so there’s a lot of elbow room to spare! With our intimate capacity of just sixteen anglers per group, we promise to deliver the personal attention you deserve!
